Delivery options for Switzerland, Norway and other Non-EU Countries:

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, SUPSKIN & More has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot tell you what the cost would be.
If you are in doubt over these charges contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Overseas Rates: We will happily ship overseas. Please email us for a quote and we will be back to you as soon as possible – office@supskinandmore.com.

 

SHIPPING TIME:

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the availability of the products you have ordered, as well as the delivery itself and the country your order is being delivered to. Please pay attention that we require up top 30 working days to prepare the order for shipment and we will keep you informed. We really appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

RETURNS:

At SUPSKIN & More we`re extremely proud of our products and we really hope you like them and get many years of use from them.

If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, please return the item(s) to SUPSKIN for a repair or refund of the purchase price.

You have 14 days return right. The product(s) returned must be in their original condition, including any tags and labels.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer. SUPSKIN & More cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged goods. We recommend using a service with delivery signature. We do not refund original shipping charges.

If an item is deemed defective or faulty by SUPSKIN & More, we will refund the cost of return shipping. We ask that we are notified of the problem by email in advance of the return.

If the product is damaged due to an application error (eg, washing with fabric softener, go on sharp stones, etc.) is excluded an exchange / refund!

Overseas Returns – Please contact us before you make an overseas return. SUPSKIN & More will not accept customs charges.

EXCHANGES

If you would like an exchange product, we will ship you the new product as soon as we receive the item you would like to exchange. We will ship with our standard service. If there is a difference in price, we will either refund you the difference in price or ask you to make a balancing payment.
